Overview

In this project, I developed a motion-based graphic package to support streaming platform branding and content promotion. I selected the visual elements with the intention of balancing brand familiarity and digital-first viewing behavior, two factors that are central to how audiences interact with streaming platforms today.

To anchor a sense of brand heritage and recognizability, I referenced traditional television aesthetics through elements such as a vintage TV static effect, connecting early TV-based viewing habits with Netflix’s current platform experience. In parallel, I introduced a digital pixel scan as a more contemporary motion language, reflecting behaviors such as browsing, content discovery, and continuous engagement within a streaming interface. By combining these elements into a cohesive motion system, I aimed to create adaptable assets that could function across on-platform content packaging and social media touchpoints.
